How multi-screen IPTV works

A multi-screen plan permits the stated number of simultaneous connections. Installing a player on several devices does not automatically mean they can all stream at the same time; the connection allowance in the subscription controls simultaneous viewing.

Use a compatible application on supported Samsung, LG, Android TV and Google TV models.

Mobile devices

Connect supported Android or iOS players using the account details supplied to you.

Computers

Use a compatible player on Windows or macOS and keep credentials private.

Improve streaming stability

  • Use Ethernet for televisions and boxes whenever practical.
  • Avoid downloading large files while several screens are streaming.
  • Keep applications and device software updated.
  • Never share subscription credentials outside your household or allowed use.
